These Terms of Use govern your access to the websites, live streams, and programming offered by Final Shout® Global Ministry Network (“Final Shout®,” “we,” or “our”). Please read them before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Our Services
Final Shout® Global Ministry Network works to provide free, Bible-based, Christ-centered programming 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through six television networks serving audiences in 193 nations:
- Final Shout® Family TV
- Final Shout® Children TV
- Final Shout® Teen TV
- Final Shout® Youth TV
- Final Shout® Health TV
- Final Shout® Landscape TV
Programs, schedules, streams, and availability may change. Access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Acceptable Use
You may watch and share links to our publicly available programming for personal, family, church, and other noncommercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Record, rebroadcast, sell, or commercially redistribute a stream or program without permission from the applicable rights holder;
- Interfere with the operation or security of our services;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; or
- Copy or use our content, name, or branding in a way that falsely suggests our endorsement.

4. Accounts and Children
Some ministry features may allow users, including children, to create accounts, submit forms, or participate in activities. Where parental or guardian consent is required, those features must be used with that consent. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of our services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Voluntary Giving
Our programming is free to watch. Donations are voluntary and may be processed by a third-party giving provider under that provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices. Gifts help support the ministry and its broadcasts. Any information about donation receipts or tax treatment provided during the giving process should be reviewed before making a gift.
6. Intellectual Property
Final Shout® Ministry Inc., its ministry partners, and other applicable rights holders retain their rights in the programs, videos, audio, text, graphics, logos, and other content made available through our services. Access to a program does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, rebroadcast, or commercially use it. All rights are reserved except where we expressly grant permission.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may contain links to outside websites or use third-party streaming and giving providers. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or operation of websites and services we do not control.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use as our services change. We will post the revised terms with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after the revised terms take effect signifies your acceptance of them.
