FINAL SHOUT® Name and Trademark
The “FINAL SHOUT” trademark is owned by Final Shout® Ministry Inc. and may be used only in connection with the ministry’s authorized activities and by approved lay and professional groups. All use of the “FINAL SHOUT” trademark shall be governed and monitored by Final Shout® Ministry Inc. through its Trademark Committee. The trademark shall not be used in any manner that could jeopardize the ministry’s tax-exempt status or conflict with its mission and governing policies.
