Pastor Owen Barnaby and Final Shout ministry has shown over the last several years to be deeply committed to the fundamentals of its charter to work with churches in establishing new church plants. Pastor Barnaby has demonstrated a deep commitment to seeing the mission through to a successful end. I believe that with his level of commitment it will succeed. For almost three years he has worked with Belvedere Seventh-day Adventist Church to plant the Grace Tabernacle Mission in Stockbridge. The effort has paid off and that group has now been organized as a company in the Georgia Cumberland Conference. Pastor Barnaby is gifted in recruiting help and shows a deep understanding of what it requires to work with other people to fulfill the mission.

Being the Elder in charge at the Grace Tabernacle SDA Church Plant, my wife (Hazel) and I met Pastor Owen Barnaby in 2017, he is a church plant specialist, along with his wife (Sue), joined the pastoral team with Pastor George Bulgin to grow the Grace Tabernacle SDA church in Stockbridge GA. 

Together with Pastor Bulgin, Pastor Barnaby went door to door canvassing about a five mile radius around the location of the church to introduce the community to Grace Tabernacle letting them know that we are in the neighborhood to be of service to their needs. 

One of our major community oriented programs was our first Health Expo  in August 19,2017 and the next was in 2018 an Easter Outreach Program involving three different congregations for the entire weekend beginning Friday evening and concluding  Sunday. This event was a success as we were enhanced with several health seminars from experts and specialists from the Atlanta medical  institutions. Pastor Barnaby and his team brings a well needed balance in church planting dynamics of reaching souls for Christ through love and care. With their love in action and total dedication to God’s work;I am confident that with Pastor Barnaby’s leadership and church growth expertise, he will accomplish any task for which he is chosen.

Matthew.11:29-30…. This year our church was privileged to host Pastor Barnaby and his family and truly our church was blessed by Pastor Barnaby’s presentations. He did an exceptional job explaining and describing the importance of having Holistic Small Groups (HSG) functioning in our church. My husband and I were fortunate to have Pastor Barnaby explain firsthand how it can be organized and the way in which members can function in these groups. I thank God for this privilege. I attended every session and quickly realized that having HSG in our church would make a difference in building the spiritual strength of our members.

Our church seemed to be spiritually malnourished. A revival was needed. These sessions awakened a desire in me to encourage every member in my church to be involved in Holistic Small Groups (HSG). HSG gives one the opportunity to first feel comfortable and safe. It awakens a desire to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, because one can see Christ demonstrated among those who are present and you want to share in that joy. There is a sense of caring for each other. You are to know that you are loved and that each individual in the group will be cared for.

I have developed a more personal and intimate relationship with Jesus because of my involvement with HSG. In our church we have eight (8) groups. At the moment five are not functioning because the devil is busy trying to put roadblocks to prevent them from functioning as they should. The leaders in these groups are experiencing death, sickness, and other problems in their families. This tells me that we are doing something that is annoying the devil. However, my God is in control and we will not give up. Pastor Barnaby also conducted a Spiritual Gifts Evaluation seminar; I think this was an eye opener for many of us who were not even aware of our spiritual giftedness. I believe having these tools and an in-depth knowledge of HSG and Spiritual gifts, we are better equipped to do great work for Jesus. We want to be more active in church, our church is becoming a place where members are encouraged to use the gifts with which God has blessed them, and we are ready and capable to share God's love. Pastor and Sister Barnaby, I want to personally thank you for sharing God's love in such an explicit way. I know that you will be a blessing to God's people. You have been a tremendous blessing to my husband and I. May God bless you and your family, as you continue to teach the importance of Holistic Small Group ministry here in North America and around the world.

Recently the Silver Heights SDA Church engaged the services of Final Shout Ministries (FSM) to train and equip the members for ministry and church growth. We were blessed by the presenter's presentations and the church is presently utilizing more of its members in various Ministries as a direct result of the Spiritual Gifts discovery exercise administered by FSM. We at Silver Heights Church are currently using the Small Group Dynamics learnt from FSM and we are planning a reaping series within the next few months as a result. We were blessed to have FSM and we are confident that the Spirit of the Lord will do the rest. We certainly would recommend FSM to each and all Congregation out there.
