Pastor Barnaby’s conviction and passion as an international speaker, church growth and church plant facilitator originates from Matthew 28:18-20 and Revelation 14:6-14. He is also inspired by one of his favorite authors, Ellen G. White, “Upon all who believe, God has placed the burden of rising up churches.” (Medical Ministry p. 315).
His spiritual gifts of leadership, preaching and empathy naturally results in caring for the needy, and their need for the hope in Christ Jesus. He will continue to enhance and develop these gifts.
Pastor Barnaby’s life quest is to; share the everlasting gospel with the entire world, that, ‘Jesus our Triune God is the Creator, Sustainer and Redeemer of the World and promised coming King of kings & Lord of lords’. He studied at and graduated from Andrews University with a BA in Religious Studies, and Master of Divinity.
He currently resides in Metro Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Suzzette, and their younger children.
Pastor Pierre Desruisseaux has served as resident pastor at Faith Fellowship SDA, Dowagiac Michigan for two years; where, he has gained considerable experience working in a difficult and challenging environment. He also participated and oversaw evangelistic activities involving the church in a hostile community.
With his abilities and the fact that he speaks Creole, French, and English has brought him to various churches throughout the US. His preaching is refreshing, relevant, Christ centered, and Scripture-based.
His model for ministry is to: “mingle with people, minister to their needs, and bid them follow me.” As he follows Christ.
Pastor Desruisseaux is currently pastoring in the Greater New York Conference of Seventh-Day-Adventist.
As Executive Secretary and Chief Operations Officer, Suzzette oversees all business operations inclusive of all administrative teams at Final Shout Ministry, Inc. (FSM). She brings a vast wealth of business knowledge, administrative experience, strategies and shrewdness that meets her job description. Suzzette’s business acumen aids (FSM) to accomplish its past and current success which serves to move (FSM) forward as it accomplishes its goals. She serves humbly in ministry, and operates from the belief that love is an action which she exudes daily to all whom she comes in contact with, for Christ. Suzzette Graduated from St. John University in Queen New York, with a Bachelorette in Science in Legal studies. She also Studied Psychology.
Dr. Lashley is a graduate of West Indies College, class of 1972. Then, Andrews University with a MA in History, an MBA and Ed.D. and a law degree, from the University of New Hampshire), and the JD (Doctor of Jurisprudence), from Massachusetts School of Law.
Dr. Lashley, serves as Pastor of churches, Principal of High Schools, Universities Professor, Deans of University, Dean of Students, Academic Vice-President, and four times College/University President of Adventist schools and Serves as Chair on the Board of the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean, and Consults for Academies in the United States.
Dr. Lashley founded and leads two companies, the non-profit, Strategic Advent Leadership Christian Academy (SALCA) Inc., and LashleyEducansult, LLC, a higher education consulting firm.
He is married to Rosita Lashley, class of 1977, who has served as a registrar and admissions officer at SDA colleges. They have three adult children who grew up at West Indies College. Dr. Lashley, an everlasting visionary, prays daily for the Wisdom of Solomon and the patience of Job. To God be the Glory, greater things He is doing for and through Dr. Lashley.
Pastor Orville Howell has completed both a Master of Divinity, (MDIV) and a Master in Social work (MSW) degrees, at Andrews University.
He serves as Final Shout Ministry, Inc. director; he also serves as an Elder and Church Ministries Director at the All Nations SDA Church.
He has a long standing working relationship with FSM President Pastor Barnaby, where he worked as an associate pastor with him for three years in Chicago revitalizing and organizing a small church plant to spiritual health. Prior to Chicago he was an Elder and Youth Leader in New Jersey. Pastor Howell's passion is soul winning, preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, one community at a time.
Now, he currently resides in Berrien Springs, Michigan with his wife Joseth and sons Samuel and Nathan.
Dr. Leonard Laurencin
Is the founder and Pastor of Advent Fellowship Church in Brooklyn New York. He has over 35 years of experience in pastoral ministry and evangelism. He has served his church and denomination in numerous capacities such as: Youth Leader, Deacon, Elder, Personal Ministries Leader, Evangelist, Church Planter, Community Service Leader, Motivational Speaker, Vision Castor, Mission Initiator, Marriage Counselor, Psycho-therapist, Educator, Church Pastor, and Author.
He earned a Master of Divinity from Andrews University.
And he sees his role as a trainer and equipper of God’s people, helping them to become disciple makers for Christ. A devoted researcher: his research work is inundated with exegetical and hermeneutical clarity.
Despite the hundreds of souls, he has led to Christ, he considers the conversion and baptism of his parents the proudest moment of his calling to be co-worker with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Pastor Herbert Oliphant is an Alumnus both of NCU – BA and Andrews University -MDIV.
He has served as District Pastor in several churches in Jamaica both in East and North East Conferences. He currently serves as Pastor in Manitoba Saskatchewan Conference.
His love for people, his love for the Lord, and being a devout Seventh-day Adventist Christian who believes in pure Bible-based gospel preaching shows in his daily life.
His basic motto is taken from Phillipians 4:13. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. He is ably assisted in ministry by his wife Lethoya and children Abigail and Andre. He believes that FSM will continue to soar to new levels with Christ as its ultimate Leader. God will make it possible for many souls to be saved using this ministry.
I understand that, my aptitude, resources, time, and spiritual gifts varies from other ministry contributors; and as such I have been designated in an area where I am fit to meet the Ministry needs. And will ensure successful adaptation and implementation of strategies which will serve laypeople, pastors, churches and conferences in their respective communities to involve the entire congregants in the sounding of this everlasting gospel’s trumpet.... Revelation 14:6, 7 NKJV.
My motivation stems from the urgency and the need for hope in a
world filled with despair.
Most importantly, I recognize Jesus, as the answer to this needed
hope. As a result, I seek to compel all to join this great cause at FSM;
as willing co-laborers with Jesus; in leading souls to the saving
knowledge of His redeeming Love. Also, I would love to share your
great story on social media; sharing your great stories would help
others to know that, Jesus is the only savior of this world.
Biography: Martin Hanna is from Nassau, one of the beautiful islands of the Bahamas, where he served as High School Teacher and Pastor. At Northern Caribbean University, in Jamaica, he served as Counselor, Dean of Men, Associate Professor, Chair of Religion, and Research Center Director. He earned a PhD at Andrews University, where he enjoys research and teaching, especially on science-theology relations, as is evident in his dissertation on The Use of Science in Theology and his book on The Cosmic Christ of Scripture. He enjoys even more his marriage to Henrietta Hanna (PhD in Nursing) and their children: Pharez, Melody, and Zachary. Martin is also a fan of basketball, books, and blogs.
Dr. Lael Caesar, PhD, studied Education and Theology at the University of the Southern Caribbean. He later studied Religion at Andrews University and Hebrew & Semitic Studies at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He has worked as a pastor-evangelist, youth, stewardship, and development director, university chaplain, and religion and theology professor. Currently he is associate editor of two international magazines, Adventist Review, and Adventist World, published by the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. He lives in Maryland in blissful wedlock with Lena Caesar, MS, CCC-SLP, EdD, PhD, a Speech-Language Pathologist employed by Loyola University, Baltimore, MD. They are the parents of Lloyd Caesar of New York, and La Vonne Caesar of Maryland.
Dr. Errol McLean joined the staff of the NAD Evangelism Institute in 2010 as an Associate Director. He is also an associate professor for Church Growth and Evangelism at the SDA Theological Seminary. He previously served in Jamaica, Bermuda and the Lake Union Conferences as pastor, departmental director and as Ministerial Secretary. During his pastoral ministry he successfully revitalized declining churches, leading them to embrace a vision for growth, involving every member a minister.
He did his undergraduate in theology at the Northern Caribbean University in Jamaica. He now holds an M.A. in Human Resource Development and Management from Webster University, a Masters in Pastoral Ministry and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Evangelism and Church Growth from Andrews University. He is also a certified diversity development facilitator.
Dr. McLean brought to the NAD Evangelism Institute his commitment and expertise in evangelism and revitalization of plateaued and declining churches. He has also conducted training and evangelistic reaping series in Canada, the United States, Jamaica, the Cayman Island, Curacao and England. He has presented seminars on issues of diversity, church growth, Natural Church Development, members in ministry, biblical spirituality, evangelistic small groups, personal evangelism, and church revitalization.
Errol is married to Melzetta. They have two young adult sons, Newton and Jovan, a daughter in law Joaly and a grandson Jaiden.
